Girls and Power Day One

So begins the Girls and Power experiment!
For the next 12 day cycle we will be rotating between the first six "Girls" workouts (Angie, Barbara, Chelsea, Diane, Elizabeth and Fran) and the 3 slow lifts (back squat, press and deadlift) done in seven sets of max. triplets.

Angie
100 pull-ups
100 push-ups
100 sit-ups
100 squats


30 second handstand
60 second squat hold ( at the bottom of the squat)
5 rounds
