Burgerner warm-up
Skill transfer exercises for the snatch:
3 sets:
3 overhead squats
3 pressing snatch balances
3 heaving snatch balances
3 snatch balances
5 rounds of 7 sets of the Bear Complex (click for HQ demo video)
Power Clean
Front Squat
Push Press
Back Squat
Push Press
Increase the weight with each round. Barbell cannot rest on the ground, it is "touch and go". You can rest between rounds.
NEN WOD Tabata Squats: 8 rounds of 20 seconds on, 10 seconds off. Count your lowest number of squats.

This is a crazy WOD. Very nice. I think you have it one day off though because you doubled up Saturday.
