THE BEAR
The Bear sequence is power clean to front squat to overhead to back squat to overhead. Complete the sequence seven times to complete one round. You can rest at any position during the sequence, but you may only "tap and go" when the weight touches the ground. Perform five rounds. Rest as long as you want between rounds. Post weight used for each round to comments.
80, 90, 100, 120, 125. Squatting was easy, jerking was way too hard. Kept losing my grip position after the front squat.
