  1. Excellent workout! If I'm not careful, I might get INTENSE !!!
    WOD was modifed to 25 reps, and burpees further modified to 10 reps, sans push-up. Time: don't remember. Cranial coherence was way, way down. I apologize for any unladylike gestures and comments.
