  1. Modifications: something over BW for deadlifts, and tire step-ups.
    Time: 29 minutes or so.
    An amazing workout. I almost enjoyed it while I was doing it - that's a first!
    I'll be shelling walnuts sans nutcracker this Christmas!!!
