    I feel obliged to add the details of our SECOND workout:
    40 front squats - 45#
    30 KB swings - 1 pood (?)
    20 situps
    Those girls are crazy.
    At least we were allowed a minute or so to recover after the first workout!
    Cooldown: my all-time favourite kind.
