Burgener Warmup

LIFTING:
Press 1-1-1
Warmup 2 sets with the barbell only of 8 reps.
Then progress in weight across each set of 5, 5, 3.
Increase weight across each working set for a max press.

12 Deadlifts
21 Box Jumps

COOLDOWN:
