8 intervals of Air Squats:
20 seconds on, 10 seconds off.
Then:
5 rounds for time of:
20 Lunge steps
20 Front Squats
20 SLDL
all exercises done w/Dumbbells equalling 25% BW

Gruelling - I think I grew a muscle. I had to get back to work so I only did 3 rounds and a bit. And now I find it takes a bit of effort to get up from my desk!
