CrossFit Niagara's monthly membership rate is increasing, and here's a little about it...

Although the monthly membership rate may seem expensive at first...it's not!

"$150 a month? That's way too much!"

Let's break that down - In Niagara, the personal training hourly rate starts at about $30/hr. That's for ONE HOUR! ONE SESSION! If you trained 5 times a week with a personal trainer at that rate, it would cost you $600 a month - that's the low end.

At CrossFit Niagara, the hourly group rate varies depending on how many times you show up for a WOD.

This is how a $150 monthly membership works...

2 times a week = $18.75/class
3 times a week = $12.50/class
4 times a week = $9.38/class
5 times a week = $7.50/class

Now...is your health and well being not worth atleast $7.50 an hour???

CROSSFIT NIAGARA requires 3 introductory training sessions to determine the athlete's fitness level, train the movements used in a WOD (Workout of the Day) and ensure the athlete's ability to perform the mechanics of CrossFit safely and consistently.

Following the introductory training, the athlete may enter group training classes.
Drop-in classes are available during regularly scheduled times.
A class is 45-60 minutes long and consists of an active warm-up, skills practice and a WOD (Workout of the Day) and a cool-down.

Personal Training training packages are available, but are designed for the individual and therefore prices vary.

Weightlifing practice takes place Saturday mornings. All members must attend once a month.
