LIFTING:
Power Clean 3-3-3-3-3-3
The first five sets are warm-up leading up to one set of 3 max power cleans

WOD:
Perform as many Turkish Get-Ups as you can in 10 minutes.

Total Get-Up weight = 25% of bodyweight.
Example: 175# = 45# for males & 30# for females
