  1. WOD Mod's: 100m row due to time constraints, and I did some funky lying down pull-up thing with the rings. Can't remember its official name (surprise, surprise!)
    Time: less than 8 min. Can't remember my official time either.
    But: that rowing sprint is really cool! And I really liked the work on the rings too - I'm getting closer and closer to a pull-up !!
