WOD:
"Deadlift Ladder"
Starting with a 65 pound loaded barbell, perform one deadlift every 30 seconds. Add 10 pounds after each successful deadlift performed. Record highest weight lifted and time.

WOD - highest weight 235#
After WOD: I lifted that 5x in five minutes.
