"I don't have time" is the number one excuse for most people not to eat well. Here's a pic of my dinner from last night, that took 5 minutes to prepare. 10 cherry tomatoes, 4-5 oz. chicken, red onion and a whack of ground cashews. Threw it in a pan with some oil, sea-salt, pepper, basil and parsley.
Paleo-deliciousness! My son loved it too!

I was laughing to myself (briefly) cos after five minutes I realized that for me this was one big ol' core workout with a few props tossed in to disguise it ...
