Use dumbbells, kettlebells etc. anything heavy to walk across the room and back.
Then see how far you can go holding your max.
WOD:
Complete 5 rounds for time:
Back Squat Max Reps
7 Burpee Box Jumps 24"
(use bodyweight for squats)
Post time and squat reps for each round.
