MONDAY 100301

Sectional competitors (John and Kevin) will perform both WODs per day as scheduled for the next 3 weeks.
If you cannot make it to the gym, you will make them up during the week.
You have 20 days until competition.

WOD 1:
*AMRAP in 20 minutes of:
5 Deadlifts 225/155
10 Burpees

WOD 2:
5 rounds for time of:
2 Muscle-ups
5 Handstand pushups
10 Back squat

*As many rounds as possible

  1. 6 rounds plus 5 deads and 4 burpees. Not too impressive unless you count the fact that I did MENS weight deads. =P
