10 Burpees
Event 3
As many rounds and reps as possible in 12 Minutes of:
5 Deadlift (235/150lbs)
10 Pull-ups
5 Ring dips
Recover, then:
LIFTING:
Overhead Squats
75%x5x3
80%x3x3
Unless you did the overhead squat WOD.
I did event 2 Rx for 9:08.

ReplyDeleteshort but VERY sweet... did 65# (RX) only for first round. broke down too much after Murph yesterday!! dropped to 55# for remainder of WOD. John and Mark PUSHED me and I got it done in 5:34
