  1. New to cf niagara.  What does the 1:3 work/rest ratio mean?  Would that be resting three times as ling as the sprint takes?

    Also, what are sled drags/reverse pulls/lateral pulls?   If I don't have a sled to drag what can I do in replacement?  Thanks!
