2. Front Squat 80%x2x10
3a. 10-9-8-7-6-5-4-3-2-1 Power clean @ 75% of bodyweight
3b. 10-9-8-7-6-5-4-3-2-1 Chin-ups (no kipping)
No kipping? The clock is not always the most important factor.
Maintaining strength is key - and saving some of those shoulders...
