
...and now for something completely different!
CrossFit Niagara is extending it's evening hours starting June 28. Afternoon/evening training starts at 4:30 and ends at 7:00pm. Classes are getting larger and we'd like to spread the training time out a bit to accommodate everyone.
Also, Monday is the beginning of a new 3 day strength/lifting cycle. Monday, Wednesday and Friday. We've hit the "met-cons" pretty heavily over the last two weeks and it's time to get back to solid training now that we have 4 platforms. Don't worry, the CrossFit wods are still hanging around, we can't be without them!
1. Power Snatch 75%x3x3
2. Weighted Box Step-ups 25% of 1RM Back Squat
3. Push Press 70%x5x3
4. GHR 3xmax (add weight if more than 10 reps)
5. Max front plank holds x 3 (add weight if longer than a minute)
