MONDAY

Note to all members:
If you do not have a workout journal to record your daily numbers and workouts; it's time to do so.
Buy one and more importantly BRING IT tomorrow!!! Dollar store sell them for, you guessed it...A DOLLAR!!!

WARMUP
2 rounds of:
200m run
15 air squats
10 pushups
5 pullups (no kipping)

STRENGTH & TECHNIQUE
Front squat 70%x5x5
(proper depth, not hip below knee - ASS TO GRASS!)

CONDITIONING
4 rounds of:
15 box jumps
12 kipping pullups
200m run
1 min. rest between rounds

The reason for rest is to recover so you can go all out in each round.
Do NOT save energy for any particular part of the round.

Additional note: I plan on posting videos (except my lifts, ha...ha...ha...) of this weekend to YouTube this week...
This is a long post because I am jacked up on way too much post competition sugar!!!
