FITNESS TESTING

Want to know what level of fitness you are?
CrossFit Seattle (Level 4 Fitness) came up with four fitness levels to test crossfitters.
This Saturday is your chance to take a stab at your Level 1 skills testing.

Level 1 skills are:
50 consecutive air squats
10 pushups
30 second static hang
30 situps
10 knees to chest on floor
25 kettlebell swings
2:04 400m run
4:20 800m run
3/4 bw deadlift
1/4 bw press
1/2 bw power clean
1:55/2:20 500m row
8:10/9:50 2000m row
10" vertical jump
3 ring dips
3 pullups
10 second L-sit
10 kettlebell snatch each arm

Row 500m
Deadlift x 12
Box jumps x 21
15:00 time limit

Weightlifting is still on if you want to just lift, but really?
