20 Air Squats
10 Jump Squats
5 Tuck Jumps
5 Knee Jumps

2. Work up to Heavy Front Squat

3. 5 sets:
2 Front Squat @ 80% 1RM
5 Box Jumps (land standing erect)
Rest 2-3 minutes between each
