  1. Thanks, Mark, for expanding the WOD into four workouts! Really, though, I am amazed how much athleticism is required for (seemingly) simple movements - like that pistol thing.
    And I'm going to do a dove release when I can do my first ring dip!
    Time for the 3rd WOD (modified from squats to push-ups, and decreased to 3 rounds) - 9:36
