Last night I attempted "Angie" using the 2008 CrossFit Games standard of chest to the bar pullups...man did it suck!!! I got the first 15 with contact, then a few more. By 25, I said fuck it and finished off with regular chin above the bar. This will definitely be a new goal to work towards...now, I'm not entirely sure if chest to the bar is the new all round standard for pullups in the CF community, but I think it's definitely beneficial considering the greater range of motion. On the down side, the numbers of consecutive pullups goes down and the time to do them goes up... but, hell, that's what adaptation is for.
