LIFTING:
3 sets:
3 overhead squats w/PVC
3 pressing snatch balances w/PVC
3 heaving snatch balances w/PVC
3 snatch balances w/PVC
WOD:
Complete 24 intervals of 20 seconds of work followed by 10 seconds of rest where the first 8 intervals are push-ups, the second 8 are sit-ups, the last 8 intervals are squats. There is no rest between exercises.
This workout is typically called "Tabata Something Else", unforetunately, our ability to do group pull-ups is limited... for now.
