  1. WOD Mod's: I'm sensing a distressing pattern. We did 7 rounds. I used 50lb dumbbells and did regular situps, not the standing (kick-ass) situps. I am glad it was only 7 rounds and not 20 minutes!
    Time: less than 10 minutes.
