SKILLS: Row Back Extensions Push Press Sit-ups Squats
WOD: In this workout, there are five stations. The athlete spends one minute at each station moving between each station without resting. After five stations, the athlete rests one minute. The athlete will cycle through all five stations three times. Score is total reps (calories on the rower). The stations are: Row Back Extensions Push Press 75#/55# Sit-ups Squats
