Here's the preliminary design for the front of the very first run of CrossFit Niagara shirts. Feel free to comment!

WARMUP:
Run 2x
Knee Pulls/Run 2x
Lunge/Run 2x
High Kicks/Run 2x
Broad Jump/Run 2x
Burgener warm-up

SKILLS:
Agility Ladder Drills

WOD:
Every minute on the minute for 20 minutes of:
3 Deadlifts 135#/95#
3 Air Squats
2 Sprints

COOLDOWN:
Roller Therapy
