  1. WOD mod's: 20# DB, pullups on the gravitron with lots of assist.
    I did 2.25 rounds in ~17.5 minutes.
    Brutal, but it was great! I love DB/shoulder stuff! Renegade rows-really cool for the first three or four. Lunges-pooey.
