Oakland SWAT Sergeant Daniel Sakai, age 35, was killed on March 21, 2009 in the line of duty along with fellow officers Sergeant Ervin Romans, Sergeant Mark Dunakin, and Officer John Hege. Daniel is survived by wife Jenni and daughter Jojiye."Danny"

ReplyDeleteWOD Mod's: all over the place. I did AMRAP for 10 minutes, 15 box jumps on a shorter box, 10 push presses @ 65#, 15 pull-ups using the funky band.
I did three rounds in something over 10 minutes.
