Dislocates
Air Squats
Scorpion
Iron-Cross

WOD:
Olympic Back Squat

(There are many ways to squat, and many reasons for all of them.
Today we are training the olympic back squat - bar high, chest up, hips low.
)
The first 5 sets are warm-up, then working up to a 1 rep max.

Deadlift - one heavy set of 5.
