WOD: Olympic Back Squat 5,5,3,2,1,1,1,1,1,1 (There are many ways to squat, and many reasons for all of them. Today we are training the olympic back squat - bar high, chest up, hips low.) The first 5 sets are warm-up, then working up to a 1 rep max.
