  1. WOD Mod's: pull-ups on gravitron with 40# assist.
    Five rounds + 5 pull-ups + 4 push-ups. Substantially better than Day 4, and way, way more efficient.
    Have I mentioned that I'm still losing weight? I must mention that I'm still losing weight.
