  1. went to the gym and forgot to check the website... so i ended up doing the workout from a few days ago
    25 Kettlebell swings (35lbs 1 handed)
    25 Sit-ups
    25 Box Jumps
    25 Knees to Elbows

    5 rounds- 33:04 as RX'ed

    as well as a pull-up every minute increasing by 1 every round...

    11 rounds! Woohoo!
    Yeah, Johanna, those bands are quirky - I hate 'em, but wouldn't be without 'em.
    Next time I'll do pull-ups with the yellow one, just like Donna Lee - woohoo again!!!
