Brian flew back to Denmark today. We'll miss him and his incredible ability to do hundreds of box-jumps at a time. It was a pleasure to train and know you Brian! Have a safe trip home.

ok - so I know mine weren't perfect but I did manage to get 95 lbs over my head. Much work to do there! Everyone worked hard!

first time with the clean and jerk. had no idea how technical it was! i just wanted to power it up from the ground haha

got up to 125lbs and failed at 135lbs on the jerk portion because my shoulder was bothering me

World class fitness in 100 words:

Eat meat and vegetables, nuts and seeds, some fruit, little starch and no sugar. Keep intake to levels that will support exercise but not body fat. Practice and train major lifts: Deadlift, clean, squat, presses, C&J, and snatch. Similarly, master the basics of gymnastics: pull-ups, dips, rope climb, push-ups, sit-ups, presses to handstand, pirouettes, flips, splits, and holds. Bike, run, swim, row, etc, hard and fast. Five or six days per week mix these elements in as many combinations and patterns as creativity will allow. Routine is the enemy. Keep workouts short and intense. Regularly learn and play new sports.
