Today is a deloading day.
A heavy squat cycle begins on Monday.

WARMUP
400m run
Shoulder dislocates
Squat therapy (get deep and stay deep, bounce around, move side to side, open the hip, flex the ankles, I want your hamstrings on your calves!)

STRENGTH
1. Power clean form the hang (medium triple)
2. Overhead Squats (70% of last week) x 5

FUN
1. Hollow rocks
2. Glute-ham bridge
3. STRETCH like a bastard!

CONDITIONING
go home
