Front Squat 80%x3x3 (follow each set with 3 box jumps)
Press 85-90% 3-5 reps x 3 sets
SKILL
If you are competing on Saturday, you are practicing the skills required for Workout 1a or anything else you need to work on.
DO NOT try to go for any maxes, or work to exhaustion.
This is a taper week so you are RESTED for Saturday.
