15 Lateral lunges
15 Squats

STRENGTH:
Push press 5-5-5-3-3-3

CONDITIONING:
3-5 rounds of:
10 Box jump
10 Pull-ups
10 Kettlebell swings
10 Walking lunges
10 Knees to elbows
10 Wall ball shots
10 Burpees
10 Double unders
