Run 400m

SKILLS:
Air Squats
Tire Jumps
Kettlebell Swing
Wall Ball
Ball Slams

WOD:
10,9,8,7,6,5,4,3,2,1
Tire Jumps
KB Swing
Wall Ball or Ball Slams


2 Dynamax Medicine balls are used. If someone gets to them first for Wall Ball, then you do Ball Slams with a D-Ball instead.

COOLDOWN:
BTB Tabata Squats
