  1. I thought for sure I was being punished for dis'ing the revered lunge.
    Had to waive 18 pull-ups due to time constraints and a traffic jam at the gravitron. Should have offered more money to waive about 300 feet of lunges. Excellent workout! I'm going to wheel around in my office chair all afternoon!
